After working in Corporate America for 20 years, I felt the calling to use my gifts to empower others in their ascension journey.
To help them create the reality of their dreams.

For many years I struggled to deeply know my true self, and to find purpose in my life. I tried it all, meditated, read spiritual books, took courses, worked with plant medicines for many years. I made progress but still found it difficult to get the results my soul was yearning for.
My past trauma was getting in my way, I had been “doing the work" for many years yet I still had deep embedded energetic blockages. I became intrigued about sacred sexuality and Tantra made its way into my life.
I decided to dive into a journey for my own self-development, & ever since then my entire life changed. I immediately felt the calling in my soul, and knew this was medicine I was meant to share with the world.

Our in person sessions together may include Nervous System Regulation, Breath Work, Creating Safety & Conscious Communication, Grounding Practices, Somatic healing, Emotional Releases, Heart De-Armouring, Sound Healing, Soul Retrieval, Taoist Lingam Massage, Taoist Yoni Massage & so much More. In our coaching sessions we will unwind the patterns that are no longer serving you and implement new practices and ways of being to support you in creating the life you desire. I’m here to guide you and support you through this experience, you can rest assured and feel safe to fully show up as yourself.
In this container, you have a safe space and complete permission to fully unravel and allow all of your parts to come out. This is a collaborative co-creation of deeper embodiment and healing work. I’m here to take you deep, but I can only take you as deep as you’re willing to take yourself.
